First Nations Program

Enabling equitable outcomes for First Nations people, through co-designed education, business, employment and community initiatives.

About the Program

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities are significantly disadvantaged by a lack of access to technology, education, employment, and business opportunities.

At DXC, we are committed to working collaboratively with Indigenous communities, our partners and customers to improve societal outcomes for First Nations people by bridging education, technology and employment gaps.

The DXC First Nations Program focuses on building Indigenous business partnerships and increasing education and employment opportunities for First Nations people.

The Program supports our customers’ aspirations too - such as broadening their cultural outlook, accessing new and diverse talent, and increasing their Indigenous business spend to support communities.
